The award is based solely on employee feedback from an anonymous survey measuring 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

This award recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellent workplace cultures. MMS is one of only 175 companies to make the 2021 list from a crowded field of several thousand organizations invited to participate.
