Diederik Van Niekerk

Diederik Van Niekerk established the South African operations in 2016. He currently heads up all business operations, including human resources and finances, for the Sub-Saharan Africa and EU region(s) at MMS. In addition, he contributes to internal communications and leadership development, and cultivates the #OneMMS culture, aligning our global colleagues across the organization in the process.

Diederik holds a Master of Medical Science degree as well as a post-graduate diploma in project management and PMP certification. He is certified as an International Clinical Research Professional with the European Association for Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). Diederik also holds international certification as an Executive Business and Leadership Coach.
