MMS Named a Great Place to Work in India

BANGALORE, India (1/12/2023) – MMS Holdings, a data-focused contract research organization (CRO), has been named a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute of India.

This award is based on anonymous feedback from a survey sent out to employees and measures the quality of employee experience, the strength of leadership, the quality of the practices and programs that shape employee experience, and the levels of trust that enable everyone to use their potential.

Over 87% of MMS employees completed the survey, and based on their feedback, MMS was recognized as demonstrating the excellent workplace culture needed for success.

“We are honored to be named a Great Place to Work in India, especially because our colleagues determined the result,” said Uma Sharma, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer at MMS. “Our colleagues in India play a key role in our global #OneMMS strength, and it is through their embodiment of our core values and mission that we achieve success.”

“We wouldn’t have achieved this recognition without our dedicated leaders at all levels,” said Uma Nathan, Executive Head of India Operations at MMS. “The strength of our #OneMMS team is the help we extend to our colleagues across the globe, so we can focus on solutions and making a difference in the lives of patients.”

“MMS continues to strive to provide the best work culture to our colleagues,” said Nandini Vijaisimha, Director of Human Resources at MMS. “We believe in nurturing a creative environment and helping our colleagues by establishing a culture where people can be innovative.”
